Returns and Refunds Policy

All products are sold by AM ("we" or "us"). By purchasing products from this website, you agree to be bound by this Returns and Refunds Policy.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product or service which you purchased from us has a major failure (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) then you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. This can be when the product is:

  • faulty or damaged (other than damage caused by you);
  • substantially unfit for its common purpose (and can't easily be fixed within a reasonable time); or
  • unsafe.

 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, make a mistake during purchase, or damage products after they are delivered.


To receive a refund or exchange for products affected by a 'major problem', please send an email to: customercare@arrowbronze.com.au within ten (10) days of discovering the problem and attach:

  • your proof of purchase or, alternatively, quote your order number; and
  • photographs of the product(s) affected by the 'major problem'.


Upon receipt of your email, we may ask you to explain why you believe the product(s) to be affected by a 'major problem' and / or ask you to return the product(s) to an address nominated by us.


In assessing your request for a refund or exchange, we may have regard to how much time has passed since you purchased the product(s) as well as the type of product(s), how a consumer is likely to use such product(s), the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product(s) to be used, and the amount of use the product(s) could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the 'major problem' becomes noticeable.


If your request for an exchange request is accepted, we will pay for return shipping to the original place of delivery and reimburse you for any costs of returning the original product(s) to us (if we asked you to do so).


Any refunds will be the same amount you have already paid and provided in the same form as your original payment.
